It is stored with the date you signed up, the consent wording shown to you, the signup page, your interest in the book or app, and, when available, the source of your visit. We do not ask for your age, weight, or phone number.
Your email is requested after the questions and before your result appears. You can see your result without agreeing to marketing news. Only explicit consent through an unchecked box authorizes news about the Début book and app. Your result appears only on the site for now. Every future communication includes a way to unsubscribe.
To remove your address from the list or request deletion, email actuallypossible.app@gmail.com.
Your questionnaire answers
Your choices about movement, availability, and your body remain in this page’s memory. They are not stored in our database and disappear when you leave or refresh the page. Your result details are not sent to MailerLite. The questionnaire does not ask for a diagnosis or medical details.
You can take a screenshot or download your result. We do not send your answers or recommended duration to our measurement tools.
How the journey is measured
A temporary session identifier helps count visits, clicks, and signups. Campaign parameters can distinguish, for example, a visit from Facebook or TikTok. Navigation events do not include your email address.
The site does not use those events to infer your health status. It does not send those measurements to a Facebook or TikTok advertising pixel.
